The Role

We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our Human Resources team to help us support our most valuable resource – our employees. This is a full time role which is office based in our Sandbank Office, Dunoon. Salary is dependent on experience. As an HR Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our HR department with a wide range of administrative duties. Your role will help ensure smooth and efficient HR operations, making a real difference in the employee experience. If you have strong organisational and multitasking abilities and have excellent written and verbal communication skills, have an eye for detail and accuracy, are proficient in Microsoft Office and have a positive, can-do attitude and the ability to engage with employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support across all HR functions
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and onboarding
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
  • Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives
  • Help coordinate training and development activities
  • Respond to employee queries and assist with HR policy implementation

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Positive, can-do attitude with the ability to engage with employees at all levels
