Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator (Shearwater Manpower Services)

Our sister company, Shearwater Manpower Services, is a specialist manpower provider supporting clients and major projects across the Marine, Defence, Engineering, Construction and Infrastructure sectors throughout Scotland and across the UK. We recruit and supply skilled trades, technical personnel and project support staff into a variety of demanding and specialist working environments. As our manpower division continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Resourcer / Recruitment Administrator to join our team in Greenock. You will play an important role in building our candidate network, supporting live recruitment requirements and helping ensure personnel are ready to mobilise onto projects when required.

LOLER Compliance Administrator

Due to continued growth Shearwater Marine Services have an opening for an experienced LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) Administrator. The position will be based in Dunoon but will require regular travel to worksites across Scotland and further afield. As such a valid driving license will be required.
